Senator Rieger requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 264(JUD) An Act limiting the authority of                      
courts to suspend the imposition of sentence in criminal cases be              
taken up.                                                                      
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 264(JUD) was before the Senate on

Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                     
shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was so
